Planned for 0.2 – the first editor integration.

Review in the editor and in the docs preview, with the same card, keys and states as in the browser:

• hover outlines the element under the cursor; the card opens beside it,

• state bars in the gutter, a side panel with all feedback of the file,

• review mode walks element by element through a file,

• the extension talks to the local CLI, so feedback given here shows up in the Sphinx pages and vice versa.
